Religious Facilities

As part of our concern for work-life balance and employees' spiritual needs, Yupi provides clean and comfortable prayer facilities. By offering spaces for worship within the workplace, we ensure that every employee can fulfill their religious obligations peacefully and respectfully. This facility is part of the company’s broader effort to create a harmonious, inclusive, and diversity-minded work environment.

Number of Employees

In 2024, the Company and its Subsidiaries employed a total of 1,379 people, an increase from 1,356 employees in 2023.

Employee Turnover Rate

As part of human resource management, the Company monitors employee turnover annually. Over the past two years, the turnover rate has shown a decline. In 2023, 493 employees left the Company, while in 2024 the number decreased to 287. This reflects the Company’s effort to create a more stable work environment and foster employee loyalty.

Regional Minimum Wage

The Company ensures that all employees receive wages at least in accordance with the applicable Regional Minimum Wage (UMR). In addition, employees also receive various other benefits such as BPJS (Social Security) and additional allowances.

Decent and Safe Working Environment

The Company is committed to creating a safe, healthy, and comfortable work environment for all employees. Regular occupational safety training is provided, along with the provision of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency response systems to prevent workplace accidents.
